2223 A plaintiff who sued an attorney and client, claiming that the client "acting by and through" the attorney had maliciously prosecuted a civil action against it, did not thereby allege civil conspiracy and was not required to comply with the Attorney Civil Conspiracy statute (CivC 1714.10).
