2283 A contract provision requiring that buyer indemnify seller for attorney fees arising from a claim associated with a false representation by the buyer or from the buyer's failure to fulfill its obligations under the agreement is not a general attorney fees clause and does not entitle the seller to attorney fees upon receiving judgment in the buyer's action against it for breach of contract and breach of fiduciary duty.
