2410 The risk of being thrown from a towed inner tube is inherent in the sport of tubing, and the operator of the tow boat has no duty to avoid driving five or ten miles over the recommended speed limit or to avoid making sharp turns, even if the person being towed has asked him/her to slow down and take it easy.
