2486 Based upon its finding that the action would not be of sufficient benefit to the courts, the public, and members of the class for which certification was sought, a trial court did not abuse its discretion in denying class action certification to a claim that the Unruh Civil Rights Act was violated by giving women discounts for oil changes on Ladies' Day.
