2537 REVIEW DENIED In operating a competition for junior lifeguards, a municipality did not have a duty to select a location that was free of natural hazards associated with beaches in the area; a sports instructor has a duty to avoid increasing the inherent risks of the sport in which instruction is being given, but does not necessarily violate this duty by driving students to perform tasks beyond their reach.
