2552 An arbitrator's finding that an person was not liable precludes a subsequent claim for derivative liability against that person's employer; a document that purported to release a named person and all his "principals, agents, heirs, executors, attorneys, affiliates, administrators, predecessors, successors, assigns, representatives, directors, officers, subsidiaries, parents and affiliated corporations and entities" had the effect of releasing the named person's employer.
