2738 REVIEW DENIED A complaint alleging that defendant doctor concealed the existence of a serious bedsore on an elderly nursing home patient under his care, opposed her hospitalization where circumstances indicated it was medically necessary, and then abandoned the patient in her dying hour adequately pleaded a case under the Elder Abuse Act, even though it did not allege "willful misconduct."
