2886 An accident that occurred while plaintiff was standing beside an uninsured motor vehicle that she owned and handing objects to persons sitting inside the vehicle arose out of the use of a motor vehicle and was, therefore, subject to the provisions of Proposition 213, which immunizes a defendant from liability for the noneconomic damages of an uninsured plaintiff.
