CASE 3046 REVIEW DENIED In the absence of prior incidents of violence on the premises, a shopkeeper who rescued the victim of a beating and brought him into the store amid threats by attackers that they would shoot him owed no duty to protect customers in the store against the risk of being shot by the attackers.
