3093 A workers' compensation claim involved the same subject matter as a compromise and release agreement by which the claimant relinquished rights to workers' compensation benefits, so the statute of limitations on the client's claim that the attorney committed malpractice by failing to enforce the agreement was tolled during the period that the attorney represented him on the workers' compensation claim.
