3147 The fact that the insured husband and wife were arguing about rental property they owned was not sufficient to bring within the coverage of their rental property insurance a defamation suit brought against the wife by a police officer who arrested her after she hit her husband with a golf club and because she alleged that the officer had performed an inappropriate stip search when arresting her.
