p0015 REVIEW DENIED An arbitrator has the authority to modify or amend an award to supply a ruling on submitted issues where it was inadvertently omitted from the original award, so long as the modification or amendment is requested and accomplished in a timely manner prior to the confirmation of the original award, does not alter the merits of the result set out in the original award, and does not result in prejudice.
