3207 REVIEW DENIED Under a policy insuring an employer against liability for motor vehicle accidents involving employees acting within the scope of employment, but excluding in plain and unambiguous language accidents involving an employee driving his/her own car, an accident involving an employee driving his own car was not covered, regardless of whether the employee was acting in the scope of employment.
