3208 REVIEW DENIED An employee who is injured while performing tasks within the employment contract but outside normal work hours is acting within the course of employment and is restricted to workers’ compensation remedies against the employer, as was an employee who was hurt while trying to catch a falling shelf during an off duty visit to the retail store where she was employed.
