3245 REVIEW DENIED An insurer’s obligation to be directly liable to a judgment creditor of the insured is imposed by the Insurance Code and can be enforced by the judgment creditor, but policy language obligating the insurer to pay, in addition to the policy limit, interest and costs awarded against the insured cannot be enforced by the judgment creditor who is neither a party to the insurance contract nor an intended third party beneficiary.
