3257 REVIEW DENIED A retail store’s regulations prohibiting free speech activity in parking lots it shared with other stores on 34 high volume business days and limiting it to 5 days per month the rest of the year, and completely prohibiting such activity in the parking lots of its stand-alone stores did not violate First Amendment rights.
