3259 Evidence that a foreign sovereign that retained the right to direct an employer to dismiss an employee working in the foreign country required such a dismissal on the basis of the employee’s age does not establish that the employer who dismissed the employee did so from discriminatory animus and does not make the employer liable for age discrimination.
