3306 REVIEW DENIED A doctor’s advice to plaintiff to stay away from specific job-related toxics, and plaintiff’s initiation of a workers’ compensation claim for damage resulting from exposure to toxics on the job were sufficient to establish discovery by plaintiff of his injury and its cause and to start the statute of limitations running on plaintiff’s product liability claims.
