P0127 REVIEW DENIED In an action based on violation of a statute, evidence that defendant violated the same statute on prior occasions was only marginally relevant, so the trial court's decision to exclude it on the ground that its prejudicial effect outweighed its probative value should not be disturbed unless it was irrational or arbitrary, which it was not.
