P0151 REVIEW DENIED Because used auto parts are unique, in an eminent domain proceeding their value can be determined by any method that is just and equitable, so a trial court should not have excluded the testimony of an expert regarding what the seller would have received in a bulk sale of auto parts inventory, based on the retail value, reduced by a keystone profit markup of 50% and adjustments for inventory that probably would not have sold.
