P0155 An entity on which is served a deposition notice describing matters on which examination is requested is required to produce agents who are most qualified to testify and who before the deposition have attempted to obtain the information requested; failure to comply with this requirement and to produce documents also requested in the deposition notice may result in monetary sanctions; wilful disregard of discovery orders may result in issue sanctions.
