P0170 Once parties stipulate to give a temporary judge jurisdiction over a particular case, they are bound by the stipulation unless the presiding or designated judge relieves them from it; the temporary judge has authority to decide a motion for summary judgment; on appeal, a party's failure to provide citation to the record may result in sanctions, including dismissal of the appeal.
