P0191 REVIEW DENIED Claims that an arbitrator exceeded his powers in finding that plaintiff had no estate, title, or interest in the subject realty, failing to compel specific performance, awarding attorneys' fees and costs to defendants, and failing to provide a basis for the award are nothing more than claims that the arbitration award contains legal or factual errors and for that reason are so clearly not subject to judicial review that an award of sanctions for prosecuting a frivolous appeal was justified against the party who made them.
