P0200 A settlement agreement calling for voluntary dismissal may include an express, clear, and unambiguous request in writing signed by the parties themselves or made orally before the court by the parties themselves for the court to retain jurisdiction, but if it does not, once the case is dismissed, the court lacks jurisdiction to move for judgment on the agreement.
