3464 A hold-harmless agreement that released a health club from all potential liability for personal injury sustained by a member on the premises "whether using exercise equipment or not" resulted in an express assumption of the risk that immunized the health club from liability for injury resulting from its alleged negligence in affixing a television to the wall.
