3465 REVIEW DENIED Although the operator of a chair lift at a ski resort is a common carrier, a hold-harmless agreement that released it from potential liability for injuries that might occur in the course of using the chair lift resulted in an express assumption of the risk that immunized the resort from liability for an injury sustained by the child of a person who executed the agreement.
