3499 An employee who knew of her injury before her employer did and who was transferred to a different work environment before the employer knew of the relationship between plaintiff's injury and the former work environment was unable to show that the employer concealed the fact of the employee's injury and its relationship to employment, and so tort liability could not be imposed on the employer under the fraudulent concealment exception to the rule of worker's compensation exclusivity.
