3539 REVIEW DENIED Violation of regulations promulgated under the Elder Abuse and Dependent Adult Civil Protection Act is negligence per se, and it was prejudicial error for a trial court to refuse to give an appropriate negligence per se jury instruction in an elder abuse action in which evidence of defendant's violation of the regulations had been admitted.
