3583 REVIEW DENIED A claim must be submitted to the Foster Family Home and Small Family Home Insurance Fund within the time for bringing an action on the claim and since running of the period of limitations on personal injury claims is tolled during a plaintiff's minority, running of the time for filing a claim with the Fund is similarly tolled.
