3644 REVIEW DENIED Collision resulting from negligent operation is an inherent risk in the sport of jet skiing, so an action for resulting injuries is barred by primary assumption of the risk, even though statutes enacted after the adoption of primary assumption of the risk require jet skiers to operate in a reasonable manner.
