3670 REVIEW DENIED In an action brought under the Civil Rights Act, a federal court's finding that defendants acted reasonably precludes consideration of negligence in a subsequent state court action for wrongful death based on the same facts; there is no action for violation of the right of due process under the state constitution; even if there is an action for violation of the right of privacy under the state constitution, the action would be defeated if defendant's conduct is reasonable.
