p0284 A forensic blood-alcohol report that might not have been admissible at trial under the hearsay rule was found to have been admissible hearsay at a DMV hearing because it supplemented other evidence, including testimony regarding the arresting officer's interview in which the license holder admitted drinking three glasses of sake and feeling their effects, the odor of alcohol on the license holder's breath and bloodshot watery appearance of his eyes, and the fact that he had missed a turn and driven into San Francisco Bay.
