3721 REVIEW DENIED A woman declared by a Mexican court to have been the concubina (i.e. concubine) of a man who was killed in an auto accident in California was not his spouse or heir and lacked standing to sue for wrongful death, even though she would be entitled to inherit from him under the Mexican law of intestate succession; a foreign citizen living outside the U.S. has no rights under the U.S. Constitution.
