3734 REVIEW DENIED Although an insurer may not maintain a subrogation action for indemnity against the California Insurance Guarantee Association (CIGA) in its capacity as successor to an insolvent insurer, an insured party may seek indemnity from CIGA to the extent of the insured party's deductible.
