3748 REVIEW DENIED A complaint to the Board of Medical Quality Assurance (BMQA) regarding a doctor's malpractice concerns the same subject matter as a tort action for the doctor's malpractice, so running of the statute of limitations on attorney malpractice that consisted of failing to timely sue the doctor was tolled while the attorney was handling the BMQA complaint.
