3768 The lawfulness of a citizen arrest made by a storekeeper for obstruction of a lawful business and the right of political activists so arrested to recover for false imprisonment depends not on whether the activists violated the store's reasonable time, place, and manner restrictions, but whether they committed the crime for which they were arrested in the presence of the person who made the arrest.
