3804 The foreseeability that errant vehicles would accidentally enter a day care center's play yard and one past incident in which that occurred were not sufficient to impose on the day care center a duty to strengthen the fence to protect children in the yard from entry by a motorist who drove through the fence with the intent of killing them.
