p0517 If a person sued for trespass cross-claims as a good faith improver (i.e., one who made improvements to the realty of another in the good faith belief that it was his/her own) the successful landowner is entitled to expenses incurred in bringing the trespass action that precipitated the crosscomplaint, including attorney fees incurred for the appeal.
