3975 After an insured settled with her insurer a Northridge Earthquake claim that was part of a class action and signed a settlement agreement releasing all claims that was also signed by the California attorney who represented the class to which plaintiff belonged, the special statute extending the time to bring Northridge Earthquake claims against insurers did not apply to further claims by the insured against her insurer.
