3979 REVIEW DENIED Unless an insurer and named insured execute a written waiver that complies with statute, every automobile liability policy provides uninsured and underinsured motorist coverage to the named insured and members of his/her family while they are occupants of any motor vehicle, and an endorsement purporting to limit such coverage to four-wheeled vehicles is unenforceable.
