4001 REVIEW DENIED A statutory amendment giving the domestic partner of a decedent standing to sue for a wrongful death that occurred prior to the year 2002 regardless of whether the partners filed a Declaration of Domestic Partnership requires reversal of the dismissal of such an action ordered before the amendment took effect if the amendment was in effect when an appeal from judgment entered on that dismissal was decided.
