4007 REVIEW GRANTED Under the delayed discovery provisions of the special childhood sexual abuse statute of limitations, a cause of action does not accrue until psychological harm resulting from the sexual abuse is discovered or reasonably should be discovered by the plaintiff, and the period of time to present a claim to a public entity under the Tort Claims Act does not begin running until such discovery occurs.
