4016 Allegations that defendant aided and abetted in the operation of an unlawful internet lottery by permitting use of its name and logo on the website where the lottery was operated and facilitating payments by consumers with knowledge that the operation was unlawful and that the use of its logo would lend it an air of respectability and legality, and that defendant acted with the intent to facilitate the unlawful operation to increase its own profits, were sufficient to plead an action against it as an aider and abettor under the Unfair Competition Law, if plaintiff also alleged s/he sustained actual damage as a result.
