4020 The manufacturer of power tools designed solely for use with certain abrasive disks and wheels manufactured by others may be strictly liable based on failure-to-warn defects and design defects consisting of the absence of exhaust ventilation systems on the equipment for injuries resulting from exposure to toxic dust generated by those abrasive disks and wheels when used with the power tools.
