4034 Although the amount of punitive damages awarded cannot be based on the defendant's reprehensible conduct directed at others than plaintiff, due process does not prohibit all consideration of defendant's similarly wrongful conduct toward others, because the fact that defendant's conduct was part of a repeated corporate practice made it more reprehensible.
