4040 After plaintiff pleaded guilty to resisting the lawful order of a peace officer who had directed her to disrobe and shower while in custody for a crime of which she was later convicted, her action under the federal Civil Rights Act based on an allegation of excessive force by the peace officer would call her guilt for the resisting offense into question and is therefore barred, even though she began disrobing before the officer used force against her to make her comply with the order.
