P0859 If an attorney's failure to file a timely answer was based on a conscious strategic decision, a court does not abuse its discretion in denying relief for excusable neglect; however, if the attorney admits fault and explicitly absolves clients from any responsibility for the failure, mandatory relief should be granted.
