P0893 A trial court was not bound by the parties' allocations of a previous settlement with other defendants, which had never been judicially approved, and was justified in allocating economic and non-economic portions of the settlement proceeds and those portions that were for physical injuries, loss of consortium, and potential wrongful death claims to correspond to the allocation made by the jury at a trial against non-settling defendants, unless plaintiff satisfied the burden of showing that allocations agreed to by the parties at the time of settlement were reasonable.
