4141 REVIEW DENIED An automobile dealer's practice of fraudulently concealing that vehicles it sold had been returned by prior purchasers after they proved unrepairable and then deceiving new purchasers about their rights under the Lemon Law was highly reprehensible, but a punitive damages award of just under ten times compensatory damages is sufficient to vindicate the state's legitimate interest in punishing and deterring the unlawful conduct involved.
