4172 REVIEW DENIED If a plaintiff is injured by third party criminal conduct on public property, a public entity is not liable for maintaining it in a dangerous condition unless there is a physical defect that would make the property dangerous when used in the manner intended and was causally related to the third party conduct that caused the injury.
